The platform may only be used for lawful business purposes by authorised personnel. All usage must conform to agreed service scopes and regulatory requirements.
Accounts are issued to specific individuals. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, monitoring activity, and notifying TradeTech of any unauthorised access.
All software, documentation, and content remain the property of TradeTech or its licensors. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted in writing.
You may not interfere with platform integrity, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, or misuse data obtained through the platform.
TradeTech provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all outputs will meet specific performance expectations.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TradeTech is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use.
You agree to indemnify and hold TradeTech harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
TradeTech may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or applicable laws, or if continued access poses a security or compliance risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before commencing formal proceedings. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Johannesburg.
TradeTech may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any term is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
